Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are securely attached to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
